เมื่อใช้เว็บไซต์ animation.builderwithai.com หรือ Builder With AI Publisher ของ Team Builder With AI (“เรา”) ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
2. YouTube
Builder With AI Publisher ใช้ YouTube API Services เมื่อใช้ Builder With AI Publisher ถือว่าคุณตกลงผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของ YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) ด้วย การจัดการข้อมูลโดย Google เป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy)
3. บริการ

6. ความรับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหา
เมื่อคลิก 'อัปโหลด' คุณยืนยันว่าเนื้อหาที่อัปโหลดเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของ YouTube (รวมถึงหลักเกณฑ์ของชุมชน YouTube) ที่ https://www.youtube.com/t/terms โปรดอย่าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์หรือสิทธิ์ความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้อื่น

1. Agreement
By using animation.builderwithai.com or Builder With AI Publisher from Team Builder With AI (“we”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. YouTube
Builder With AI Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using Builder With AI Publisher you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
3. The service
We produce videos for your order and, if you choose, upload them to your YouTube channel after you connect the channel with Google and approve each upload. Uploading is optional; you can always take the files and upload them yourself.
4. Your channel and permission
You confirm that you own the channel you connect or are authorized to manage it. We only perform the actions listed in the Privacy Policy, and we show you the channel name before every upload.
5. Your approval
Every upload needs your approval first: title, description, thumbnail, captions, audience setting, visibility (public, unlisted or private) and publish time. We never change text you approved, and we never change the visibility of any video without your instruction.
6. Responsibility for content
By clicking 'upload,' you certify that the content you are uploading complies with the YouTube Terms of Service (including the YouTube Community Guidelines) at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Please be sure not to violate others' copyright or privacy rights.
You are responsible for material you give us (such as scripts and reference images) and for your own channel settings.
7. YouTube limits
YouTube may limit uploads, for example through per-channel daily limits, API quotas, custom thumbnails that need a phone-verified channel, and processing time, so uploads can be delayed. We will tell you when that happens. We do not guarantee views, subscribers or income.
8. Disconnecting and ending
You can disconnect your channel at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. We may disconnect it when your order is completed, and we may suspend the service in case of misuse or when Google or YouTube require it.
9. Orders and payments
Prices, deliverables and conditions are those shown on the offer page and in your order confirmation at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not responsible for actions or outages of Google or YouTube.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page. Changes to how we use your YouTube data need your acceptance first.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
