6. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย

1. Who we are
Team Builder With AI (“we”) runs animation.builderwithai.com and Builder With AI Publisher, a service that uploads the videos we produce for a customer to the customer's own YouTube channel. Contact: team@builderwithai.com.
2. This service uses YouTube API Services
Builder With AI Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload videos on your behalf. By connecting your channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
3. Google user data we access (only when you connect a channel)
When you click “Connect YouTube channel” and approve Google's consent screen, Google gives us an authorization token for https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl (“See, edit, and permanently delete your YouTube videos, ratings, comments and captions”). We use it only to:
- read your channel ID and channel name, to show you which channel is connected and to refuse uploads to any other channel;
- upload the videos you approve, with the title, description, tags, language, audience setting, visibility (public, unlisted or private) and publish time you choose;
- set the thumbnail and add the caption files you approve;
- change the scheduled publish time of a video we uploaded, only when you ask;
- read the processing status of the videos we uploaded, to tell you when they are ready.
We never delete or edit videos we did not upload, change the visibility of existing videos, read, post or delete comments or ratings, read your subscribers or analytics, or access any other Google service. We never see your Google password.
What we store: the refresh token (encrypted), your channel ID and name, the video IDs, caption IDs and status of the uploads we performed, and the dates you connected the channel and approved each upload.
4. Other information we keep
- Orders: name, email, phone, order number and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
- Niche chat: what you type, the assessment and your email if you give it. Messages are processed by the Google Gemini API to write replies. IP addresses are kept only as a one-way hash for rate limits.
- Reference images or links you send, stored on Cloudflare R2.
- Email with team@builderwithai.com, handled through Cloudflare Email Routing and Resend.
- Browser storage: the chat keeps its state in your browser's sessionStorage. The /ebook and /paid pages may load the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure ads (Meta's policies apply). This site shows no third-party ads.
5. How we use and share information
- YouTube data is used only to provide the upload service you asked for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or to train AI models, or transfer it to anyone except Google/YouTube (to perform the requests), Cloudflare (hosting and the encrypted database), Resend (emails to you) and Telegram (internal notices to our team with the channel name, video title and link).
- Our team sees the channel name and upload status only as needed to run the service and support you.
- Builder With AI Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Storage and security
Refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written to our database (Cloudflare D1); the key is held separately as a Cloudflare secret. Data travels over HTTPS only. Access tokens last about one hour and are never stored. Video files we produce stay on our production computer until they are delivered.
7. Retention and deletion
- Tokens: kept while your channel is connected; deleted when you disconnect, when Google reports the token revoked or invalid, or within 30 days after your order is completed unless you ask us to keep the connection for future orders.
- YouTube API data (channel name, video IDs, status): refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. We check every day that the authorization is still valid.
- When you disconnect, whether through our link, by email or from your Google Account, we revoke the token with Google and delete all of your YouTube data within 7 days.
- Order records are kept as long as accounting and the law require. Chat data is deleted on request.
8. How to revoke access and your rights
- Disconnect from us: use the “Disconnect channel” link in any email we send about your channel, or email team@builderwithai.com with your order number. We revoke the token with Google right away.
- Revoke from Google at any time: open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (or https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions), choose Builder With AI Publisher and remove its access.
- Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may ask by email to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the use of, or receive a copy of your data, and you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
9. Children
The service is for channel owners or managers aged 20 or over, or with a guardian's consent.
10. Changes to this policy
We post every change on this page with a new date. Before we use Google or YouTube data in a way not described here, we will ask you to accept the updated policy.
